Victor Hartley

Victor Loring Hartley, son of Hubert and Ona Hartley, grew up in Clinton with siblings: brothers; Hubert, Carl, Merle, Harvey, Craig; sisters Gaynelle, Carolyn, Sybil, Shona, Sheila. 

In 1965, Victor graduated from Clinton High School. He served Army Special OPS during the Vietnam War where he received the bronze star. Victor was discharged with the rank E-4. 

He married twice, first to Birdie Shorey. His second wife Sandra Paddack Hartley, passed away in 2008. He had 7 children: Sonya, Lauren, Victor (Tuffy), Ted, Angela, Michelle and Victoria.  

He had many professions during his life. Among them were woodsman, mill worker, construction worker, and most noted of all antique dealer. His favorite things to do were hunting, antiques, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also loved food.

Vic passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2022, at the age of 74.
