Charles Wright

Captain Charles S. Wright enlisted on December 9, 1942. He served as a Captain in Europe during World War II and was discharged on January 28, 1946. 

Charles married Edith Virgie. They had 3 sons: Charles, Steven, and Kendall, and two daughters: Ann Wright Plummer and Jean Wright MacDonald. 

For 31 years, Charles worked for New England Tel. and Tel. throughout Maine and retired as a district manager. 

He was active in his community of Buxton, Maine. He retired to Cottonwood, Arizona where he died January 31, 1995.
