Charline Besse

Born in 1895, Charline Libbey later married Floyld Rowe Bessey and they resided on Railroad Street in Clinton, 

Charline gave birth to three boys. Her first son, Charles, died as an infant in 1922. 

With Charline’s surviving sons, Belden, and Voyle serving in Army Air Corps, she decided to enlist in the Women's Army Corps.
