Jasper Dangler

Born in 1893, private first class Jasper Dangler moved to the Clinton area from Massachusetts. 

He introduced the game of basketball to Clinton. 

Jasper married Laura Goodwin. They had six children;  William, Thelma, Joanna, Thaxter, Fredrick and  Cynthia. Jasper was very active in the American Legion in Clinton.
